The Great(..andnotsogreat) kings of the Past, Present and Future.

First picture ever attempted with Paint Tool Sai... Im in Love.

I laid down the colors in Sai and then went back to photoshop to tweak things..I was juggling between the 2 programs for a few days!

Well... im shocked It actually came out close to what I had in my head. Im proud, but really surprised, because I have never worked with a painting style or program close to this.
Im still unhappy with how the blending around Kovu and Scar under parts turned out, i may come back around with a better version of this?

My first time ever formally approaching Disney fanart of any kind...and yay! Lion King style!!

Im surprised I captured most of thier likenesses, It makes me want to keep trying TLK art to be honest There are some wicked talented Lion King artists floating around DA and they inspired me to try:3


Kovu is my favorite TLK character, but I did him the least justice.... Sorry Kovu and Simba.. I apologize for any Derpiness I mave have incurred upon you.

I wish I gave scar a more sinister look, instead of rapeface.
